We refer to your emails of 12 June 2013 and 2 July 2013 below.
We had previously sent you an email on 23 May 2013 to explain and clarify the misunderstanding that arose over the visit to your shop on 22 February 2013 by our representatives and the representatives of Starcomm Solutions Pte Ltd.
You may recall that, on the day of the visit, you were actually present at your shop. However, when it was convenient for the representatives to enter your shop, you walked away and watched the representatives from a distance. The representatives therefore handed the document to your son and conveyed the message to him. The video recording merely captured the events as transpired.
We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate that we are no longer in possession of the video recording and therefore, it is not possible for us to extend a copy to you.
We have treated this matter as closed and have chosen to move forward and focus our efforts in assigning another distributor, Telechoice International Ltd, to you so that you can still buy our StarHub prepaid cards for resale. We hope that you can do the same so that this business relationship can continue.

I refer to our telephone conversation this morning.
I noted your concerns about our representatives’ visit to your shop on 22nd Feb 2013.  I would like to assure you that our representatives were mindful of ensuring minimal disruption to your business operations during their visit. In fact, they had waited till the customer traffic at your shop had lessened before entering your shop to meet you. Nevertheless,  we regret any inconvenience that our visit may have caused.
With regard to the video recording of our representatives’ 22nd Feb 2013 visit, I reconfirm that we no longer keep it. Hence, we are not able to extend a copy of it to you. The video recording was for safety purpose given the history of abusive behaviour displayed by you towards the staff of our distributor, StarComm Solutions Pte Ltd, on numerous occasions when they visited you at your shop for business dealings relating to routine stock orders and commission/incentive payments. We also note that you did not object to the video recording at the time of our representatives’ visit.
As you may appreciate, notwithstanding your unacceptable abusive behaviour and business conduct, we had been accommodating and given you an opportunity to continue to purchase StarHub prepaid cards for purpose of resale, by assigning another StarHub distributor, TCI to you.  We therefore advise that you focus on your sales efforts. We will proceed to treat the above matters as closed.
